Payment Options

We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, Cigna and United Healthcare. We have providers licensed in Tennessee, Nevada, and Iowa. In-network coverage varies by state. For out-of-network or cash-pay services your insurance will not be billed directly. If requested, we will provide a superbill (an outline of the service codes, diagnosis, setting, and amount paid), which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Payment is required at the time of service. IMPORTANT: Due to state law we are unable to accept TennCare payments and neither provider is a registered TennCare provider. We may agree to treat Medicare-covered patients as an out-of-network provider on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance billing may be managed through our partner billing services, Headway, Alma, or Grow Therapy. We can also bill some insurances directly.
