Payment Options

We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, BCBS of Massachusetts, Aetna, Oscar, Osford, Cigna and United Healthcare for Tennessee residents only. For out-of-network or cash-pay services your insurance will not be billed directly. If requested, we will provide a superbill (an outline of the service codes, diagnosis, setting, and amount paid), which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Payment is required at the time of service, and we will not accept copays. IMPORTANT: Due to state law we are unable to accept TennCare payments and are neither provider is a registered TennCare provider. We may agree to treat Medicare-covered patients as an out-of-network provider on a case-by-case basis.
